Techspace welcomes Blair McKinnon to the Techspace team.

Blair is an experienced and well regarded project/programme manager who has spent the last 15 years successfully delivering complex Information Technology solutions, software development projects and managing large scale systems integration. His delivery leadership has been tested on some of the most challenging corporate programmes in the corporate sector in both New Zealand and the United Kingdom, covering the spectrum to 100+ staff and budgets exceeding $40m.
Blair is known for his ability to assemble cohesive cross-business teams from the ground up, establishing and maintaining alignment of the delivery objectives with project sponsors at the most senior level, setting up structures and efficient project structure and systems and creating a cooperative environment across all business and supplier groups to make a successful project. He works closely with the people inside and outside of his project and has an inclusive and consultative style across all levels and organisational boundaries. Blair has successfully rescued several of his prior larger projects from troubled situations.
