Strategic review

Techspace was engaged to develop the Data Centres strategy and high level roadmap for this world class NZ organisation. This organisation has seen phenomenal IT driven growth and a rapid rise in its reliance on systems and automation technology. The Techspace review highlighted the expanding gaps between the organisations current facilities and the DRP capabilities and service provision appropriate for its customers and stakeholders. The review identified a major programme of remediation for Data Centres, Infrastructures and the establishment of ongoing Governance mechanisms and Leadership model. Techspace was then further engaged to execute on this important Programme of work.
